Sir Alex Ferguson, Sean Connery interrupt Andy Murray press conference

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson met Andy Murray during the 25-year-old's press conference at the US Open this evening.

Murray was talking to the media following his four-set win over Tomas Berdych to reach the final at Flushing Meadows when Ferguson walked in.

The United boss was also joined by fellow Scot and former James Bond actor Sean Connery, who has attended a number of Murray's matches throughout his career.

Reports have claimed that Murray is a supporter of United's rivals Arsenal.
