Swedish newspaper 'warns Austria their World Cup hopes will die'

Swedish newspaper Expressen reportedly project a message on the Austria team hotel saying that their World Cup dream will "die" on Friday.

Swedish newspaper Expressen has reportedly issued a warning to the Austrian national football team ahead of this Friday's World Cup qualifier.

Austria are currently three points adrift of Sweden, who are expected to grab a playoff place in Group C behind Germany.

According to 101greatgoals.com, the Swedish paper projected an image onto Austria's team hotel saying: "On Friday your World Cup Dream will die."

While Sweden are in a better position in the group than their rivals, Austria do have a plus-two better goal difference.
