Swansea City midfielder Kemy Agustien has been handed a 12-month driving ban after clocking up 39 penalty points.
The 26-year-old is believed to have pleaded guilty to one offence of driving over the 30mph speed limit in September at Neath Magistrates' Court, but did not name the driver of four other occasions or who drove through a red light on a separate incident.
After racking up a total of 39 points, the court issued a year-long ban and ordered the midfielder to pay £3,660 in fines and costs, according to The Express.
Eight months ago, Agustien was involved in a car accident.
