Real Madrid and Spain defender Sergio Ramos showed how he was missing Fernando Torres by kissing a poster of the Chelsea frontman while with the national team.
The 26-year-old posted a photo of his kiss on Twitter as a birthday wish to Torres, who turned 29 yesterday.
Ramos tweeted: "I want to congratulate a great friend who is not here, missing him lots... Happy birthday!!"
The Blues striker was overlooked by Spain coach Vicente del Bosque for his side's World Cup qualifiers.
