Queens Park Rangers midfielder Jermaine Jenas has reportedly been fined for a speeding offence.

The 30-year-old is said to have been clocked driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone in Nottingham, but failed to reply to police letters.

Mansfield magistrates ordered the player to pay a £600 fine, with £85 in costs and a £60 victim surcharge, according to the Daily Star.

Jenas has also been given six points on his licence.
