David Beckham reveals inspiration behind pink boots

David Beckham has revealed that his latest pair of pink boots were chosen because of his one-year-old daughter Harper.

The 37-year-old, who recently signed a five-month deal with Paris Saint-Germain, was spotted training with bright pink Adidas football boots.

In a Q&A session with fans via the H&M Twitter page, Beckham was asked to choose his favourite pair, and the ex-England captain replied: "That would have to be my current adidas boots, they are pink which i chose because of Harper."

Meanwhile, Beckham has been at the centre of a political row in France following the news that the midfielder will avoid paying tax during his stint in Paris.
