Leonardo proposes on live Italian television

Paris Saint-Germain director Leonardo asked his girlfriend to marry him live on air during last week's Champions League draw.

The bizarre proposal took place during Sky Italia's coverage of the quarter-final draw as Leonardo was interviewed to discuss PSG being paired with Barcelona in the last eight.

Leonardo's partner Anna Billo was working as a presenter for Sky and asked the Brazilian if he had any questions for the studio panel.

He replied: "Anna, do you want to marry me?

"Do you want to marry me? You have to answer me now. I'm waiting for your answer. It's not that difficult."

Billo was caught off-guard and said: "OK, we will see."

The 43-year-old spent four years in Italy playing for AC Milan and briefly managed the Rossoneri and Inter Milan before switching to a role with PSG.
