Napoli's Gonzalo Higuain leaves hospital with facial stitches after fall

Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain has reportedly left hospital with stitches following his fall during a boat trip.

The Argentina international is believed to have slipped on rocks and hit his head while with friends on the island of Capri in the Gulf of Naples yesterday.

The forward was taken to A&E and given 10 stitches along his jawline before being released, according to 101greatgoals.com.

Higuain made his debut for Napoli in their 3-0 win over Bologna on Sunday following his move from Real Madrid.
