Napoli's Gonzalo Higuain 'involved in altercation after leaving Ibiza nightclub'

Napoli forward Gonzalo Higuain was reportedly involved in an altercation after leaving Pacha nightclub in Ibiza while on holiday.

The 27-year-old was filmed confronting people in the middle of a street and had to be restrained by friends in an incident that was stopped before punches were thrown.

According to El Mundo, Higuain, who was partying with Paris Saint-Germain striker Ezequiel Lavezzi, noticed that someone was filming the altercation and shouted: "Delete the video or I'll rip off your head!"

It is believed that Higuain lashed out when a fan criticised him after the footballer refused to sign an autograph when he was approached.

The Argentine has been linked with a summer transfer, but his Serie A club has denied reports that he will be sold.
