Nicole Scherzinger "just friends" with Lewis Hamilton

The X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that her relationship with ex-boyfriend and Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton is purely platonic.

The couple ended their romance in June this year following five years together, but rumours of a reconciliation have rumbled.

The pair were reported to have recently met up in a London hotel, but the former Pussycat Doll has claimed that there is no longer any romance between them.

"We're just friends," Scherzinger told The Sun. "Just friends. We just, um, met up to speak that night. That's all."

Hamilton is currently preparing for the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas.
