Lewis Hamilton joins Nicole Scherzinger at 'The X Factor' rehearsals

Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton has reunited with his girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger following the close of the season.

The 27-year-old, who will compete for Mercedes next season after spending five years racing F1 for McLaren, met up with the American singer following his fourth-placed finish in the drivers' championship in Brazil.

Hamilton supported Scherzinger at a music studio in Battersea, London, where the former Pussycat Doll was rehearsing with her contestants James Arthur and Jahmene Douglas as they prepared for this weekend's live show of The X Factor.

The pair left the studio together and were met by a hoard of photographers.
