Mercedes Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton has reportedly written a love song for his ex-girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger.

The couple ended a five-year relationship earlier this month, with reports claiming that the constant long distance apart was putting a strain on their union.

Hamilton posted a photo of himself in a recording studio on Twitter, with the caption: "My hideaway, pouring my heart into this track!!"

The 28-year-old also revealed that the song is called 'All Good Tonight'.
