The 22-year-old is thought to have been invited on the players' night out in the city, when a number of them reportedly partied until 6am on Tuesday.

One spot the team are believed to have hit was Japanese-themed Sakura, but Rio Ferdinand forgot to pay the bill and ended up paying by credit card on a machine from the back of his taxi, according to the Daily Star.

United clinched the title with a 3-0 win over Aston Villa on Monday evening.
