Rio Ferdinand's magazine 'deletes references to David Moyes's future'

Rio Ferdinand's online magazine reportedly deletes suggestions that manager David Moyes could be sacked.

Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand's online magazine has reportedly deleted sections of their copy after suggesting that manager David Moyes could lose his job.

The Scotsman's future at Old Trafford has been a major talking point since the Red Devils lost 3-0 to arch rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.

According to the Daily Mail, it had been written on Ferdinand's website that "three defeats on the trot would surely spell the end" for Moyes.

Reports have claimed that it was later deleted and a headline, which read 'Time is running out for Moyes', was altered to 'There's no let up due for Moyes'.

United will try to overturn a 2-0 deficit when they take on Olympiacos in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League tie this evening.

After that, United have Premier League matches against West Ham United and local rivals Manchester City to come.
