Manchester City to parade Premier League trophy

Manchester City have confirmed that they will celebrate their Premier League title with an open-top bus parade through the city this afternoon.

The parade, which will also mark their Capital One Cup victory from earlier in the season, is due to get underway at 5pm.

The players will be presented with the trophy in Albert Square before the bus will take a one-mile journey through the city.

The team beat West Ham United 2-0 yesterday to confirm their second Premier League title in three seasons.
