Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli reportedly meets with the club's chaplain regularly in order to improve his attitude and save his place at the Premier League club.

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has reportedly held regular meetings with the club's chaplain in a bid to change his attitude.

The 22-year-old is no stranger to controversy since moving to the Etihad Stadium in 2010, and the most recent furore surrounding the Italy international came when he was angrily confronted by manager Roberto Mancini during yesterday's training session.

It is believed that Balotelli has regular sessions with chaplain Peter Horlock but a meeting has been scheduled for today following the incident with Mancini, according to the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, the City boss has insisted that Balotelli still has a future at the club.
