Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has given Barcelona star Lionel Messi's baby son Thiago an Argentina football kit.

The 24-year-old, who has joined up with the Ballon d'Or winner for Argentina's friendly against Saudi Arabia this week, picked the number 10 shirt, which is the same as Messi's, for the newborn.

Aguero tweeted a photo of himself with the prolific striker holding the kit for Thiago, who was born 12 days ago.

Meanwhile, Messi surpassed legendary former footballer Pele's 75-goal record on Sunday.
