Video: Liverpool's Lucas Leiva shows off lassoing skills while riding horse

Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva has given an insight into what he enjoys doing away from football by posting a video of himself lassoing a cow.

The 27-year-old has been holidaying after being left out of the Brazil squad for this month's World Cup in his homeland.

The midfielder posted a video on Instagram of himself attempting to lasso a cow while riding horseback, with the message: "Reminding my childhood and having fun."

Lucas's national side will get the World Cup underway next Thursday against Croatia.
