London waiter asks Man City's Stevan Jovetic not to score against Liverpool

A London waiter begs Manchester City's Stevan Jovetic "never" to score against Liverpool by writing his request on a restaurant receipt.

A waiter working at a London restaurant cheekily asked Manchester City forward Stevan Jovetic not to score against Liverpool in the future.

The request was written on the bill, which was handed to the 25-year-old by his server 'Basri' at Jak's Bar over the weekend.

Jovetic posted a photo of the receipt, which carried no charge, onto Instagram to display the message: "Never score against Liverpool plz."

Back in August, Jovetic scored twice against Liverpool to seal a 3-1 triumph for City at the Etihad Stadium.

Unless the two sides meet in the FA Cup, the next time that the two clubs will go head to head will be at Anfield at the beginning of March.
