Liverpool centre-back Martin Skrtel has allegedly indirectly referred to manager Jurgen Klopp as a 'dickhead' on Instagram.

Skrtel is widely expected to leave Anfield after eight years this summer having fallen down the pecking order under Klopp, with the likes of Mamadou Sakho, Dejan Lovren and Kolo Toure being preferred to the Slovakian.

He now appears to have taken a parting shot at the German manager after a friend posted a picture on Instagram which included the hashtag '#KloppJeKKT' - reportedly short for KloppJeKoKot, which means 'KloppIsADickhead'.

Skrtel replied to the post by saying the hashtag was 'top', before his friend 'phrarreslki' responded with "Hope Jurgen won't see it".

Skrtel then replied again saying "Hope he does!" before the post was later deleted.

The 31-year-old is on the verge of a move to Fenerbahce, with the deal expected to be completed later this week.
