Lana Del Rey watches Liverpool's victory over Tottenham Hotspur

American pop star Lana Del Rey has admitted that she 'loves' watching Liverpool striker Luis Suarez play following her visit to Anfield yesterday.

The 26-year-old singer, whose album Born to Die topped the charts last year, was in attendance to watch the Reds secure a 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday afternoon.

"I was introduced to Liverpool FC by my manager, Ben, whose mood is dependent on the Liverpool results," Del Rey told the club's official website. "I love watching Luis Suarez play.

"It's actually my second time in Liverpool but my first time at Anfield. The people in Liverpool are so friendly and the stadium's really impressive."

Meanwhile, Liverpool's victory has put the Reds up to seventh in the Premier League table.
