Former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard and his wife Alex are celebrating eight years of marriage with a holiday in Ibiza, Spain.
The 35-year-old midfielder has been spending time with friends and family before he joins up with MLS side Los Angeles next month.
On Tuesday, Gerrard posted a photo with his wife on Instagram and added the message: "Married 8 years today happy anniversary babe x"
Alex mirrored the sentiment with a tweet, which read: "Happy Anniversary to my husband @SGF08 looking forward to spending it with u #bestfriends"
The couple are parents to daughters Lilly-Ella, 11, Lexie, nine, and three-year-old Lourdes.
