One of the prostitutes visited by former NBA star Lamar Odom in Las Vegas has insisted that she has nothing to do with the sportsman's apparent overdose.
The 35-year-old was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada last week.
Police were told that the former Los Angeles Lakers forward had taken cocaine and sexual-enhancement supplements during his three-day stay at the establishment.
According to the Daily Mail, Monica Monroe and Ryder Cherry spent time with Odom in his private room and were questioned by the Nye County Sheriff's Department after he was found unresponsive.
Both of the prostitutes reportedly told police that they overheard a snorting sound after Odom entered the bathroom, but they claimed that they did not see any drugs.
Monroe told the newspaper: "I didn't do anything wrong - I saved his life."
The two sex workers have denied any wrongdoing and both have reportedly since left the ranch without getting paid for their services with Odom, who suffered multiple organ failure and several strokes.
The sportsman, who has not played in the NBA since 2013, is currently receiving treatment at the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.
