The owner of a Las Vegas brothel has vowed to take legal action if the bill owed by former NBA star Lamar Odom is not paid after he was found unconscious following a three-day stay.
The former Los Angeles Lakers forward has reportedly suffered several strokes after he was found to have cocaine and sexual-enhancement supplements in his system.
Odom is now breathing on his own at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, with his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian at his bedside.
The 35-year-old sportsman is said to have racked up a $79,000 (£51,285) bill at the Love Ranch, and owner Dennis Hof has claimed that he will demand the money from reality star Kardashian if any problems arise with the credit card payment.
"If I don't get paid for the entire bill, I'll sue Khloe, I know she has the money," Hof told Radar Online. "We have Lamar on tape signing the credit card statement. We have a copy of his driver's licence - he was the one that determined the $75,000 price for the two hookers."
Reports have claimed that Odom and Kardashian have put divorce proceedings on hold, despite signing papers earlier this year.
