England captain Alastair Cook takes dart board on Ashes tour

Cook travels with dart board

England cricket captain Alastair Cook has given some insight into what he likes to do away from the field after being spotted carrying a dart board.

The 28-year-old, who is preparing for the second Ashes Test, was photographed at Alice Springs airport on Tuesday with a dart board over his shoulder.

The batsman usually plays on tour and also set up a board in the house he used to share with Essex captain Mark Pettini, according to the Daily Mail.

England were beaten by 381 runs by Australia in the first Test in Brisbane.
