Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard helped out a homeless man in Los Angeles by offering him money.

The England international is on holiday in the United States with his fiancee Christine Bleakley before he returns to England for pre-season training with the Blues.

While dining at the Il Pastaio restaurant in Beverley Hills, a homeless man approached the couple and Lampard dropped a $20 note into the beggar's cup, according to the Daily Mail.

Lampard has been engaged to the TV presenter since 2011.
