Gerard Pique's partner Shakira aims to become "first lady" of Barcelona

Gerard Pique's partner Shakira has admitted that she wants to become the "first lady" of La Liga giants Barcelona.

Pique, who began dating the Colombian popstar in 2010, previously revealed that he would one day like to be appointed president of the club in the future.

While commenting on the speculation, Shakira told Bocas magazine: "I think that Gerard will someday be president of Barcelona and I will be the first lady of Barca."

The couple's first child - son Milan Pique Mebarak - was born in January last year.
