Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has confirmed that his partner is expecting the couple's second child.
Earlier on Thursday it was reported that Messi and his other half Antonella Roccuzzo were expecting again, having already welcomed their son Thiago into the world in November 2012.
The 27-year-old confirmed the speculation by posting a picture of Thiago kissing his mother's stomach on Facebook and writing: "Can't wait to welcome you into our world!!! We love you! Thiagui, mum and dad."
He posted the same photo on his Instagram page, before writing: "Waiting for you baby! We love you."

The pair ware understood to be expecting a boy and plan to name him Benjamin.
