Arsenal trio Aaron Ramsey, Calum Chambers and Francis Coquelin practise their rugby skills to mark the start of the World Cup.

Arsenal trio Aaron Ramsey, Calum Chambers and Francis Coquelin switched sports for an afternoon to take on a challenge to kickstart the Rugby World Cup.

Hosts England will mark the beginning of the tournament when they take on Fiji at Twickenham this evening.

Arsenal's focus remains on the Premier League, but Ramsey, Chambers and Coquelin took a break to test their rugby skills while representing Wales, England and France respectively.

In the time trial, the trio practised their passing and kicking skills, all the while wearing white bandages around their heads.
