Ex-Arsenal star Kenny Sansom: 'I've been homeless for 10 days'

Former Arsenal and England star Kenny Sansom has revealed that he has been homeless for the last 10 days.

The 54-year-old, who has had troubles with alcohol and gambling, has admitted that he has been sleeping on a park bench following a brief stay at his elder sister's home.

"I've been living homeless for 10 days," Sansom told The Sun. "That's because I've got no money, I'm a drunk, I'm feeling not very well and I'm a gambler. I've been living on the street. It's not good living on the bench."

Sansom is also said to have claimed that he has been drinking seven bottles of rose wine a day.
