Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner denies that he is "all about partying"

Bendtner: 'I'm not a party boy'

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner has insisted that he is not "all about partying" as he claims that people have the wrong perception of him.

The 26-year-old has made headlines for his lifestyle off the pitch, and most recently was spotted leaving a London nightclub at around 4.30am.

Bendtner, who has struggled for first-team action at the Emirates, has revealed that this particular image of him could force football clubs into opting against signing him.

"People think I'm a psychopath," Bendtner told Jyllands-Posten. "The image that people have about me is that I'm all about partying, that I'm indifferent to football, and it's as far from reality as could possibly be."

Bendtner has had loan stints at Sunderland and Juventus.
