Arsenal named club of the year for customer service

Arsenal have been named as club of the year for their customer service by an awards scheme run by the Premier League.

The North London outfit, who were picked by tourism board VisitEngland, were given the honour after being monitored over a two-season period.

The judges said: "Their staff at every level from stewards to catering and cleaners to retail were very impressive. They clearly have a culture of high standards at Emirates Stadium and their professionalism shines through."

Ticketing, catering, toilets and stewarding were all judged by the scheme over all top-flight clubs.
