Cristian Zapata's aunt 'abducted by armed men'

AC Milan defender Cristian Zapata's aunt has been abducted by a group armed men in Colombia, according to a report.

Limbania Zapata was kidnapped in Padilla, in the rural Cauca region, and her whereabouts are currently unknown, according to Football Italia.

The 36-year-old is thought to have been taken to demand a ransom from the Milan star.

Local authorities have confirmed Zapata's disappearance and are attempting to locate her.
