Britain's Sally Conway easily reaches quarter-finals of -70kg

Great Britain's Sally Conway has defeated Georgia's Esther Stam to reach the quarter-finals of the women's -70kg judo category.

Conway scored with a yuko after just 30 seconds and then produced an ippon to end the bout.

Stam received a penalty during the bout.

Conway, 28, will now face the winner of Germany's Szaundra Diedrich and France's Gevrise Emane in the next round.

Bristol-born Conway won bronze for Scotland in the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
