Peter Uihlein takes early lead in Thailand

Peter Uihlein has moved to the top of the leaderboard at the True Thailand Classic after shooting a score of 64 on Thursday.

The American dropped just one shot on the way to the eight-under-par round, and he leads from Pelle Edberg who sits one shot adrift in second position.

Scotland's Scott Jamieson is in third alongside Spain's Javier Colomo, while England's Gary Boyd features among a group of nine players who ended the day on five-under par.

Home favourite Thongchai Jaidee - who is the highest-ranked player in the event - ended the day on three under - five shots behind Uihlein.
