In-form Adam Scott has opened up a two-shot lead at the halfway point of the WGC-Cadillac Championship in Florida.
The Australian, who won last week's Honda Classic, followed up his 68 on day one at Trump National Doral with a 66 on day two to reach 10-under-par for the tournament.
Scott will be partnered by world number three Rory McIlroy in the third round after the Northern Irishman's 65 took him to joint-second with Dustin Johnson, who bettered McIlroy's second round by one.
England's Danny Willett is in sole fourth place on seven-under, while Phil Mickelson dropped to five-under by playing his last six holes in four-over after four birdies in a row on the front nine had taken him into the lead.
