Justin Rose holds three-shot lead at Memorial

Justin Rose leads the way on 15-under par going into the final round at Memorial after a day that saw Tiger Woods post his worst ever round as a professional.

Justin Rose will take a three-stroke lead into the final day of the Memorial Tournament in Ohio after a third round of 66 on Saturday.

The one-time major winner holed seven birdies in total to move to 15-under par for the tournament, three shots clear of Franceso Molinari in second.

The Italian produced a round of 69 - his worst of the tournament - but remains in contention for a first professional title since 2012.

He is tied with overnight leader David Lingmerth, whose even-par 72 has ensured that the Swede goes into Sunday still on 12 under.

Jim Furyk is the highest American on the leaderboard, four strokes off the pace on 11 under, while England's Andy Sullivan is one of four players one shot further back.

Meanwhile, Tiger Woods endured his worst ever round as a professional, carding a 12-over-par 85 - a disastrous showing that included two triple bogeys and two double bogeys.
