Thomas Pieters edges clear at Czech Masters

A third-round score of 65 has given Thomas Pieters a one-shot advantage at the Czech Masters.

Pieters began the day narrowly behind the leaders, but the world number 245 registered seven birdies and an eagle during a high-quality display on Saturday.

Swede Pelle Edberg is a shot behind after recording a faultless round of 67, but Thorbjorn Olesen has ground to make up after ending the third round four shots off the pace.

English duo Matthew Fitzpatrick and Robert Dinwiddie are also in contention, but with the rest of the field eight off the leader, only five players appear to have a chance of winning the event in Prague.
