Matsuyama and Walker share Hawaii lead

Hideki Matsuyama and Jimmy Walker are tied for the lead on 17-under par going into the final round of the Hyundai Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.

Matsuyama bogeyed the first hole but hit back on the fifth with a birdie, before rattling in three consecutive birdies on seven, eight and nine.

Four further birdies on the back nine saw him card a seven-under par round of 66.

Walker, who shared the overnight lead after day two, had a bogey free round and raced into the lead with four birdies on the front nine.

He scored two more birdies, including one on the last hole, to complete a round of 67.

American Patrick Reed is tied for third with South Korean Sang-Moon Bae on 15-under par, while Brendon Todd and Russell Henley lie a shot further back.
