Jason Day has maintained his position at the top of the leaderboard at the Arnold Palmer Invitational after recording a round of 65 on Friday.

The world number three hit seven birdies during a faultless round in Orlando to open up a two-shot lead over Henrik Stenson at the halfway stage.

The Swede registered just one bogey in a round of 66, and England's Justin Rose recorded the same score to move within one shot of second place.

Paul Casey is in eighth position - six shots off the lead - while Andy Sullivan and Australian Adam Scott are in a tie for 25th spot.
