Scott Hend held off a challenge from Piya Swangarunporn to clinch the True Thailand Classic title earlier today.
Australian Hend held a two-shot advantage heading into the final round at the Black Mountain Golf Club.
However, his position at the top of the leaderboard came under serious threat from world number 798 Swangarunporn, who posted a course-record 63 to take the clubhouse lead on 17-under-par.
Forty-five-year-old Hend, though, picked up a number of birdies during his round and eventually left himself three putts on the 18th hole to wrap up the victory, all of which he used to get the job done.
It sealed his second European Tour title and his first since the 2014 Hong Kong Open.
