Victor Dubuisson holds nerve to win Turkish Airlines Open

Dubuisson wins in Turkey

Victor Dubuisson converted his overnight lead to win the Turkish Airlines Open by two shots ahead of Welshman Jamie Donaldson this afternoon.

It is a first win on the European Tour for the Frenchman, whose three-under-par round of 69 was enough to finish ahead of Donaldson, who fired a nine-under round of the day.

Dubuisson headed down the par-five 18th needing just a par but went one better with a birdie to guarantee victory.

Donaldson finished second all on his own, with Tiger Woods (67) and Justin Rose (65) two shots further back in joint-third place. Ian Poulter (69) and Raphael Jacquelin (68) shared fifth place.

Dubuisson's victory guarantees him a place at next week's season-ending DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, where the top 60 golfers over the year on the European Tour will battle.
