Jimenez triumphs in Hong Kong

Miguel Angel Jimenez won the UBS Hong Kong open this morning to become the oldest winner in European Tour history.

The Spaniard converted his overnight lead into a one-shot victory with a 65, edging out Sweden's Fredrik Andersson Hed.

Jimenez's 19th Tour title - and 12th since he turned 40 - came without a single bogey in his last 54 holes.

Australian Marcus Fraser was third while joint fourth came Ireland's Peter Lawrie, Scot Stephen Gallacher and 19-year-old Italian Matteo Manassero, who won last week's Singapore Open.
