Sergio Garcia ties Justin Rose in Thailand

Sergio Garcia aces the par-three eighth on his way to a share of the lead with Justin Rose after two rounds at the Thailand Golf Championship.

Sergio Garcia and Justin Rose have finished atop the leaderboard at the end of the second round of the Thailand Golf Championship.

The Spaniard carded a hole in one at the par-three eighth on his way to posting a seven-under round of 65 at the Amata Spring Country Club.

Rose, who was one shot behind overnight leader Alex Cejka, shot 68 to get himself to 11-under-par heading into the weekend.

Meanwhile, the German veteran is two shots back in a tie for third with Anirban Lahiri and Alexander Levy.

Rickie Fowler is on his own in sixth, one shot ahead of Kiradech Aphibarnrat, Andrew Dodt, Sujan Singh and Henrik Stenson.
