Casey clinches Irish Open

Paul Casey has claimed his first win on the European Tour for two years with victory at the Irish Open.

The Englishman finished three shots ahead of fellow countryman Robert Rock and Joost Luiten of the Netherlands at Carton House Golf Club.

Five bogeys in six holes and an eagle on the 18th gave Casey an overall score of 14-over-par.

His last triumph on the European Tour came back in January 2011 in Durban, South Africa.
