Tiger Woods takes lead at Arnold Palmer Invitational

Woods takes lead at Bay Hill

Tiger Woods has a one-shot lead after day three of the Arnold Palmer Invitational in Orlando, Florida.

The former world number one hit a one-under-par 71 to end the day on 11-under overall.

Woods was four shots ahead after 13 holes, but a bogey and double bogey on the next two saw him soon slip behind.

Graeme McDowell also carded a 71 to leave the Irishman on 10-under, while Ernie Els' 67 has put the South African at eight-under with Ian Poulter.

Elsewhere, Justin Rose's early form has evaded him as a 74 has moved the Englishman back to four-under.

If Woods wins, it will be his first victory on the PGA Tour in nearly two-and-a-half years.
