LaCava to become Woods caddy

Joe LaCava is to be announced as Tiger Woods's new caddy.

The American was working with Dustin Johnson, but an announcement by Johnson's coach Butch Harmon revealed that LaCava would soon be teaming up with the 14-time Major winner.

"I had a call a few minutes ago from Dustin Johnson and he informed me that his caddy Joe LaCava is going to work for Tiger Woods," Harmon told Sky Sports News.

Woods fired his previous caddy Steve Williams in 2011 after a 12-year association.
