James Kingston leads Portugal Masters

James Kingston tops the leaderboard after day one of the Portugal Masters.

The South African hit nine birdies as he carded an eight-under-par 64.

Denmark's Thomas Bjorn ended the day one shot behind Kingston, along with England's Simon Khan, Wales's Rhys Davies and two others.

Elsewhere, Ross Fisher kept himself in the hunt with a six-under 66, followed by Germany's Martin Kaymer and Italy's Francesco Molinari one shot further back.
