Gregory Bourdy leads Alfred Dunhill Championship

Gregory Bourdy has a one-shot lead following the opening round of the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.

The Frenchman holed six birdies at the Leopard Creek Country Club in Malelane to give him a six-under-par 66.

English duo Steve Webster and Richard Bland ended one shot further back with South African Charl Schwartzel and three others.

Ireland's Peter Lawrie has a first-round score of two-under thanks to his 70, while an eight on the par-four fourth for Louis Oosthuizen has put the South African on one-over.
