Jordan Spieth hailed the "most incredible week" of his life after winning The Masters at Augusta on Sunday evening.

The 21-year-old Texan finished with a record-equalling 18 under par in Georgia to take the Green Jacket, later admitting that he was overwhelmed by his victory.

Spieth told CBS: "It was very nerve-wracking. I thought today may be easier having played a round with the lead, but it wasn't. I didn't sleep well last night.

"It's the most incredible week of my life. This is as great as it gets in our sport. To be honest, it still hasn't kicked in. I'm still in shock a bit.

"I'm sure it will kick in soon. And I wanna be like Bubba Watson, I want to win two Masters!"

Spieth's victory saw him become the second youngest Masters winner of all time.
